I am creating this blog to share my experiences as a cop in Texas. In time there will be funny stories, sad stories and stories that are scary. I will share the ups and downs of being a cop.

The purpose of the Blog is not to tout my achievements, I am an just an average cop. It is to allow people a chance to see life from a cops perspective. I have been cop in Texas for about 7 years. I have worked in the big city, and in the country. I currently work in a city of about 30,000 that is on the edge of a large metropolitan area. I have experienced some great highs and extreme lows. I have always been a patrolman and in the past have been a field training officer. I am sure I will get tired of patrol someday but for now it's what I love doing.
